Obesity Treatment – Herbs and Ayurvedic, Home Remedies

Obesity is not just a matter of social ridicule, but it is also a condition very dangerous proposal-wise. Obesity is an open invitation for six of the worst diseases known to man? Diabetes, arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular problems, paralysis, gangrene and heart attacks. Therefore, obesity is not in itself a disease but it can be a fatal condition.
In Ayurveda, obesity is known as Medo Roga. It is simply accumulated as a state in which an excessive amount of fat in the body defined. There are two main reasons for the abnormal deposition of body fat? (i) the excessive fat intake through diet and (ii) some metabolic problem which does not allow the use of fats in the body. Ayurveda holds agni or digestive fire responsible for obesity. When Agni is tainted, then the AMA is built (toxins) in the body, leading to obesity.
The fat accumulated in the body could lead to deposition of cholesterol in the arteries and veins of the body. This is where most problems begin. The collection of cholesterol may reduce the diameter of blood vessels causes decreased blood flow in various important organs of the body, including the heart. (1) Useful Herbs in the treatment of obesity
1. Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
Guduchi is a native plant that the Indians not very well known in India. It is a commonly prescribed herb in Ayurveda for the condition of obesity. It helps in the proper channeling of body fat, reducing obesity.
2. Guggulu (Commiphora wightii)

6. Avoid the case of meat, red meat, because they are high in fat. While buying meats, ask for lean cuts and get the fats trimmed from them before cooking. (3) Ayurvedic Treatments for Obesity
Guggulu is prescribed by most Ayurvedic physicians as the drug of choice in the fight against obesity. It can be prescribed () with the dose of one gram four times a day in its pure form, or it can be given in a mixture Navaka Triphala Guggul or guggulu. They are given in tablet form, followed by another hot drink. Minerals such as Tapyaadi Lauha Shilajitawadi Lauha and in conjunction with the Guggulu tablets. (4) Home Remedies for Obesity
1. When you wake in the morning, mix one tablespoon of honey in the same amount of water.

3. Ginger is effective in dissolving grease. They have two or three times a day as a tea.
4. Each day during the week to have a totally liquid diet. Fasting can also be fully implemented if they are physically tolerable. This will help flush toxins and excess fat accumulated in the week.
5. Regular exercise is one of the most important things. It helps reduce excess fat in the body and also keep a person fresh and active throughout the day.
